Gary and Melissa - Las VegasI have known Gary since I was a kid and when I learned that he was going to get married to Melissa, I just had to go. The day was filled with great moments. The weather was there, the atmosphere, the "open bar", the dancing. The only thing missing was the Filipino tradition of having a Karaoke machine near the DJ. I had this song in mind before I shot the wedding. It just so happened that the timing was perfect when Gary said the words "I found you". It's just perfect. You two are made for each other. The ceremony was lovely, and I appreciate the opportunity to watch the video--twice, so far (well done!).
I most enjoyed the way the love & tenderness was relayed--between Melissa & Gary, for sure, and also how emotions were so delicately exposed from the other people attending...Not just through spoken words, but in the faces and body-language of those present. Melissa, I don't know you...I barely had 3 minutes with you while you were visiting your Mom. But what I know is that your Mom loves you very much, is oh-so proud of you, and thrilled about your love & life with Gary. You are a BEAUTIFUL bride (the dress is gorgeous!), and it is evident through YOUR face how happy you are to love Gary. Gary, I know you even less, but believe both you and Melissa are fortunate to share your love . Your vows were very touching (and I enjoyed watching you put on your jacket against the venetian-shaded sunlit window!).
